New Product rolling out. This knife was designed to be a great utility Survival knife for a Bug Out Kit. It has Fit, Form and Function.

The RS6 MOhawk has Cutting on its mind. The front edge is Chisel Edge with a Flat Butt for wood working.The Cross-cut Saw is perfect for notching and tinder making. The 11/32 hole refines the arrow making. The Concave Draw Edge is The edge that keeps on cutting and cutting.



The knife is made in the USA. Custom crafted one by one. Each knife is pampered from birth to delivery. Expect about 4-6 week turn around. The RS6 Mohawk is battle Ready.

Custom Knife Making Contest - Helle Mora Build Off

Hey Gang,

We are putting together a Contest Custom Knife Build off. We will all be using the Helle Tollekniven Blank and the contest will be based on the creativity and craftsmanship of the final piece.

The details and ordering instructions will be in our Forum on www.redscorpionsix.com
Once we launch you will have 3 weeks to build and complete your project to submit for judging.
This will be the November contest and depending on the majority we will either have an entry fee and will have a Grand Prize winner or we will just have a bragging rights award.

The real reward will be gaining a great bushcraft knife and the chance to build your own blade.

RAVEN WSK and ESK Companion
We are hard at work on the new RAVEN WSK and E.S.K. Companion knife. We are set to launch this set by October 2008. This version is the direct result of customer feedback. The set is made from high carbon steel SKS5 which is very close to 1085 Steel. SKS5 is an Asian steel that is primarily used for circular saw blades and knives. It is an extremely durable high quality steel grade. The RAVEN WSK is an evolved design of the Predator WSK. The ESK Companion is great all around bush knife. Great for camp chores and Everyday Survival Knife needs. The ESK has little secret in the handle, with a space for survival kit. We hope you enjoy the new designs and look forward to bringing out more.

I have been getting questions concerning the steel of the RAVEN and ESK. I wanted to post a great guide to the steel we used. It explains the composition and strength.

We purchased cold rolled steel, cut blanks with WEDM, and CNC ground off of CAD designs.

SKS5 steel is used for Knives, Tools and Saws.
